Arthur C Fulmer, Jr. (“Art”) is the owner of Fulmer Law, P.A., and the senior family law and criminal defense attorney in the office. He has been practicing criminal law for 20 years & family law for over 18 years. When his father & partner retired in 2019, Art purchased Fulmer & Fulmer law firm and opened Fulmer Law, P.A.
Art’s vision for Fulmer Law, P.A., is simple- to take care of his clients and make them feel at ease. He has gained a reputation as being an effective and ethical advocate for his clients in Polk County. Background:
Arthur C. Fulmer, Jr. is a native Floridian. Born and raised in Lakeland, Florida, he graduated from Lakeland High School. He went on to attend the University of Central Florida, where he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
Art continued his education at Florida A&M University College of Law. While in law school he served as the Notes and Comments Editor of the inaugural issue of the school’s Law Review and graduated in the top of his class.
Art is a past president of the Lakeland Bar Association, sat on the Grievance Committee for The Florida Bar, and remains an active Lakeland Bar Association member. He values his charitable contributions to our local community and is a proud supporter of many local non-profit organizations.
