Arthur C. Fulmer, Jr. is a native Floridian having been both born and raised in Lakeland, Florida. He graduated from Lakeland High School and attended the University of Central Florida where he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Mr. Fulmer continued his education at Florida A&M University College of Law. Christal Holmes joined Fulmer Law, PA in 2015. Originally from Illinois, she relocated to Florida in 2002 to take a position as HR Director for a major Lakeland employer. While serving in this position, she was often called upon to help her employees find a work-life balance as they struggled with family issues.
