How long does a divorce take?

Uncontested: as little as 3 months. Contested: 9‑18 months on average.

How much does it cost?

Total cost of a divorce varies by complexity. During your free 30-minute phone consultation, an attorney will carefully listen to your issues and guide you through the legal process and tell you what to expect. At the end of your phone consultation, the attorney will quote a retainer to start your case, depending on the issues and details of your case.
