Arthur C. Fulmer, Jr. is a native Floridian having been both born and raised in Lakeland, Florida. He graduated from Lakeland High School and attended the University of Central Florida where he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Mr. Fulmer continued his education at Florida A&M University College of Law. While in law school he served as the Notes and Comments Editor of the inaugural issue of the school’s Law Review and graduated in the top of his class.
Mr. Fulmer’s practice focuses primarily on Family and Marital Law, Personal Injury Law, and Criminal Law for Car Accidents. He regularly completes continuing legal education courses to stay abreast of changes and updates in Florida law. His approach to each case begins by carefully listening and understanding his client’s legal issues. Developing a unique and personalized approach to each of his client’s cases has helped Mr. Fulmer achieve success on behalf of his clients. This practice has helped Mr. Fulmer gain a reputation as being effective and ethical advocate.
Mr. Fulmer is a past president of the Lakeland Bar Association and currently sits on its Board of Governors. Mr. Fulmer is also active in his local community. He enjoys donating his time and is a proud sponsor to many organizations, including: The Lakeland Bar Association, HP Sports, St. Jude, The United Way of Central Florida, Guardian Ad Litem, Scott Lake Elementary, Lincoln Avenue Academy, The Junior League of Greater Lakeland, Peace River Center, Tri-County Human Services, Women in Philanthropy, and his local Home Owner’s Association.
Mr. Fulmer is married with two children, enjoys boating and golfing in his spare time, and likes to stay in shape by exercising regularly and playing sports with his family.
