Current Career:
Art Fulmer is the owner of Fulmer Law, P.A. and the senior family law and criminal defense attorney in the office. He regularly completes continuing legal education courses to stay abreast of changes and updates in Florida law, which often provide valuable information to win cases. Many attorneys do not take the time to update themselves on changes in the law. This dedication to his clients needs often result in a win against less informed attorneys.
His approach to each case begins by carefully listening and understanding his client’s legal issues. This unique and personalized approach to each of his client’s cases has helped Mr. Fulmer achieve success on behalf of his clients. This practice has helped Mr. Fulmer gain a reputation as being effective and ethical advocate.
Background:
Arthur C. Fulmer, Jr. is a native Floridian. Born and raised in Lakeland, Florida, he graduated from Lakeland High School. He went on to attend the University of Central Florida, where he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
Mr. Fulmer continued his education at Florida A&M University College of Law. While in law school he served as the Notes and Comments Editor of the inaugural issue of the school’s Law Review and graduated in the top of his class.
Mr. Fulmer is a past president of the Lakeland Bar Association, remains an active LBA member, and currently sits on the Grievance Committee for the Florida Bar. Mr. Fulmer values his charitable contributions to our local community, enjoys donating his time, and is a proud supporter to many local non-profit organizations.
Mr. Fulmer is married with two children. He enjoys boating, playing golf, and spending time with family in his spare time.
