Arthur C. Fulmer, Jr. is a native Floridian. Born and raised in Lakeland, Florida, he graduated from Lakeland High School and attended the University of Central Florida where he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
Mr. Fulmer continued his education at Florida A&M University College of Law. While in law school he served as the Notes and Comments Editor of the inaugural issue of the school’s Law Review and graduated in the top of his class.
Mr. Fulmer’s practice focuses on Family Law and Criminal Law. He regularly completes continuing legal education courses to stay abreast of changes and updates in Florida law. His approach to each case begins by carefully listening and understanding his client’s legal issues. Developing a unique and personalized approach to each of his client’s cases has helped Mr. Fulmer achieve success on behalf of his clients. This practice has helped Mr. Fulmer gain a reputation as being effective and ethical advocate.
Mr. Fulmer is a past president of the Lakeland Bar Association, remains an active LBA member, and currently sits on the Grievance Committee for the Florida Bar. Mr. Fulmer values his charitable contributions to our local community, enjoys donating his time, and is a proud supporter to many local non-profit organizations.
Mr. Fulmer is married with two children. He enjoys running, boating, playing golf, and spending time with family in his spare time.
