Arthur C. Fulmer, Jr.

Arthur C. Fulmer, Jr. (“Art”) is a Polk County, Florida, native. He was born and raised in Lakeland & graduated from Lakeland High School. Then he attended the University of Central Florida where he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Art continued his education at Florida A&M University College of Law, obtaining his law degree in 2006. He worked as a Public Defender outside of Polk County before quickly moving back to Lakeland in 2007, where he has lived and worked ever since.

Christal Holmes

Christal Holmes joined Fulmer Law, PA in 2015. Originally from Illinois, she relocated to Florida in 2002 to take a position as HR Director for a major Lakeland employer. While serving in this position, she was often called upon to help her employees find a work-life balance as they struggled with family issues. She considered this to be one of the most rewarding parts of her job and made the decision to further this interest by attending law school at Florida.
