Meet Attorney Art Fulmer

“Rather than use terms intended to impress the public when describing my approach to legal matters, such as ‘aggressive’ or ‘tough,’ I have built Fulmer Law, P.A. on integrity, legal knowledge, and effectiveness.”

Art Fulmer & his associate attorney, Christal Holmes, along with our paralegals and the supporting staff at Fulmer Law, P.A., comprise the top-notch legal team you have been searching for. We concentrate in family law and criminal defense and we give individual attention that large law firms, new attorneys, and out-of-county attorneys simply cannot provide. Our goal is to make a tough time in our client’s life less complicated. We strive to put our clients at ease and guide them through the legal process they are facing.

Our first consultation is free-of-charge. We will answer all of your legal questions and outline the avenues we must take to win your case. Our conversation will leave you feeling confident in our representation. Most consultations are done by phone, but we may meet you via Zoom or in person if you prefer.

If you have already been served or have a court date scheduled, we suggest you call immediately for a free consultation! You do not want to miss essential court dates, deadlines, etc. It is also not in your best interest to appear for mediations, hearings, depositions, interviews with law enforcement, or other court date(s) without an attorney. If you are afraid you will be charged with a crime, have criminal charge(s) pending against you, or you would like to file a family law case (such as divorce), it is also important for you to have an attorney on your side to navigate legal processes. We will tell you what you’re up against!
